Role Overview

The Business Operations Manager will
act on behalf of the Founder and Co-Founder in managing company operations,
overseeing team performance, implementing strategy, and ensuring business
objectives are achieved.
You will serve as the central
authority between leadership and operational teams, ensuring accountability,
discipline, and execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with Founder and Co-Founder on strategic
and operational priorities
- Oversee daily operations of brokerage and support teams
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Ensure proper reporting systems and accountability
structure
- Manage internal workflow and operational efficiency
- Supervise CRM management and compliance processes
- Prepare performance reports and business analysis
- Represent management in meetings when required
- Handle confidential and sensitive company matters
Team
& HR Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment process and talent acquisition
- Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations
- Make hiring recommendations in alignment with
leadership
- Monitor employee performance and productivity
- Implement performance improvement plans where necessary
- Take disciplinary actions when required
- Recommend and execute termination decisions in
consultation with Founder and Co-Founder
- Build a strong, high-performance team culture

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in business operations or
management
- Experience in real estate or brokerage industry
preferred
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational ability
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, and CRM
systems
- UAE experience preferred
